Exchange ideas together and look at the associated documents, flyers or websites. This is the strength of the video consultation, because the split screen allows the interlocutor to see the other screen (after approval!). Another plus point.
"Take a seat"
You need your computer and an internet connection. Please use GOOGLE CHROME as internet browser. Then a webcam (directly in the laptop or externally) and a headset (or speakers and microphone from the laptop). And with the appointment confirmation via e-mail, you will receive a link to the video consultation hour, the virtual meeting room . You as the user do not have to download or install any additional program! Plus point for the simplicity!
How do you order your video consultation?
Use the contact form below to get in touch with your questions and a suggested appointment.
You will then receive confirmation of your desired date or we will suggest an alternative date. In addition, we will send you a link for the video consultation. You only have to click on this link at the agreed consultation hour so that you can go directly to our "virtual meeting table".
The video consultation is billed according to the time spent together (in 15-minute units). The smallest order unit is one hour (EUR 39.--). The first 15 minutes are free for first-time customers.
Are you a new customer and need our help as soon as possible? Then use the payment option via the Paypal button. If you are already our customer, you will then receive your usual invoice for the time used for you.
Now get your computer ready (internet connection, if possible LAN cable and no WLAN use, headset, webcam) and activate the Chrome browser for the LINK to the video consultation. See you then!
